All students who which to continue their studies in the same subject after the end of the semester at the university of applied sciences must give confirmation of this. This confirmation response must take place within the deadlines set by the university of applied sciences. If a bank transfer of the whole amount of the semester fee does not take place, then this will result in disenrolment at the end of the semester.

Confirmation response deadlines in each year:

Summer semester 01/01 -31/01


Winter semester 01/06 – 30/06



Acknowledgement is given upon receipt of the contribution.

Advice

Second priority students provide confirmation through the presentation/sending of the new enrolment confirmation from the primary university. If the deadline cannot be met, then a written application must be made by 31/01 or 30/06 of each year respectively. Please send missing documents (e.g. mandatory internship) to the central student service.

Extension period

01/02 - 28/02 of each year
01/07 - 31/07 of each year

For late confirmation responses an administration fee of EUR 10 will be charged as per the law on university fees in the respective valid version.
